PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND SUPPORT

You are automatically registered for product support if you ordered directly from Franklin Software, Inc. Nonetheless, you should complete and return the product registration card.

If you purchased this product from a private party, a distributor, or another vendor, you must complete the product registration card and return it to Franklin Software, Inc., within 10 days to be eligible for technical support or warranty services. Once you return the registration card, we add your name to our customer database so that we may keep you informed of software updates and upgrades as they become available.

We are able to provide technical support only to the registered user of the software. After receiving the software, if you discover that your name is not listed as the registered user on the invoice, please contact us immediately so that we may correct this. Returning the properly completed and signed product registration card ensures that you are correctly set up for support and continued product information.

Technical support is a valuable part of your product. You should use it as you would any tool. You may call our technical support group for help with problems such as:
  Installing the product or other related operations

  Understanding or clarifying something from the manual

  Reporting bugs or other inconsistencies in the software

  Being stuck and not knowing what to do next.
