REQUESTING ASSISTANCE

If you have suggestions or comments regarding any of the printed manuals accompanying this product, please use the Documentation Response Form in the back of this manual.

If you think you have discovered a problem with the software, do the following before calling technical support.
Check our web site at http://www.fsinc.com. The most recent updates to the product and manuals is available there free of charge to registered users.

Read the sections in this manual that pertain to the job or task you are trying to accomplish.

Make sure you are using the most current version of the tools. Updates are always available for free on our web site at http://www.fsinc.com.

Isolate the problem to determine if it is a problem with the assembler, compiler, linker, library manager, or another development tool.

Isolate software problems by reducing your code to a few lines (20 or less).

If, after following these steps, you are still experiencing problems, report them by sending an E-mail to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your name, your product serial number and version number, and a telephone number (voice and/or fax) where you can be reached. We must have this information before we can process any support requests

Try to be as detailed as possible when describing the problem you are having. The more descriptive your example, the faster we can find a solution. If you have a short code example demonstrating the problem, include it with the Defect Report. Do not send large listings or source files as it only slows down our response to you.

You may contact technical support at (408) 296-8051.
